can reconstruct three months later. Answer it now, even if the answer is
“nobody has — I am flagging it.”
3 · Plans and backup
Plan sheets, the bulletin, photographs, the marked-up drawing, an email from the GC.
Anything that shows the condition. Photographs taken today are worth more than anything
you can write six months from now, when the job is closed out and the argument starts.
4 · Send it
This does not price anything and never touches the change order log.
It goes on the queue and lands in the reviewer’s actions.
